Chris is a talented sales leader with a proven record of driving growth in the technology and services sectors. As co-founder of Ciyga, a growth enablement consultancy, he helps organizations understand and achieve their growth potential.
Over the past decade, Chris has held key roles such as Group Head of New Business for a major PE-backed UK software company and Business Development Director for one of the largest public sector software firms in the UK. In these positions, he transformed sales functions and achieved double-digit organic revenue growth.
Chris’s career mantra is that sales is the engine of growth. Starting in direct sales and progressing through roles at ICL (now Fujitsu), T-Systems, and Telenor, he has secured high-value contracts and received numerous awards for outstanding achievements.
He is passionate about people and believes in a leadership style that focuses on people development, discipline, process, and relevant technology to support growth. Chris also believes sales should be fun, and that unnecessary technology and complicated processes can stifle talent and innovation. Successful sales is about human interaction and building trusting relationships because people buy from people.

He emphasizes the importance of having the right people with the right skills and ambition, processes that help rather than hinder, and effective use of technology and AI.
