Before founding Ciyga, Anthony served on the board of a large PE-backed software company in Austin, Texas, and as Managing Director of one of the largest public sector software divisions in the UK, where he led a successful business transformation. He also spent over seven years at Northgate Public Services (now NEC Software Solutions) as a Sales Director and Executive Director, driving a sevenfold increase in revenue and profits.

Anthony’s career is rooted in sales, with significant achievements at Sopra Steria, IBM, and Groupe Bull, including securing outsourcing deals worth over £1bn. He believes in staying curious, asking questions, and deeply understanding customer needs to foster growth and success.

Inspired by the quote “Strategy is easier than execution” by former IBM CEO Louis Gerstner Jr., Anthony focuses on developing people, refining processes, and leveraging technology to achieve goals. He is passionate about the future of Ciyga, the potential of AI, and supporting organizations on their growth journeys.
